If you experience a manufacturer defect withing the first 30 days of purchase, we will gladly replace it for you. we don’t offer refund after the 30 days beyond the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging containing all original product packaging and accessories.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return was a result of our error.

Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
DS secret does not take any responsibility for replacing goods that have been delayed, lost or damaged in transit. ** The Return/ Exchange Policy only applies made online at www.DSsecret.com. ** DS secret® products purchase from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by DS secret®. We will accept merchandise for exchanges only within 30 days of receipt; the customer needs to be registered through our website.
The merchandise must be in original condition along with original materials, accessories, and packaging.

There will be no restocking fee for brand new unopened items. There is a 30% restocking fee any items that are opened.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale Items are marked with a “Sale” banner on the product on the website at the time of purchase and are considered to be “final sale” products.
Exclusions on Returns and Cancellations
DS secret will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for any opened Combs, Hair Accessories, Brushes, Hair care (shampoo, conditioner, mask..) Units that have already been installed or connected for plumbing. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are invalid without prior authorization. There are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations on customized and/or special orders.
